Content Solutions Marketing Agency provides digital services such as website design, branding, and search engine optimization. Due to the nature of digital work, services delivered after approval and completion do not qualify for a refund.

A client receives a detailed project agreement before work begins. The agreement outlines the scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. Work starts after receipt of the agreed deposit.

If a client cancels a project before work begins, the agency refunds the full amount paid. If cancellation occurs after work has started, the agency deducts the cost of work already completed and refunds the remaining balance if applicable.

Clients review and approve each stage of the project. After approval and final delivery, the project stands as completed. The agency provides revisions within the agreed project scope during the development stage. Requests outside the agreed scope attract an additional cost.

If a technical issue occurs due to an error from our team, the agency corrects the issue at no extra cost within the agreed support period. Issues caused by third party services, hosting providers, or changes made by the client after delivery fall outside this policy.

Payments made for domain registration, hosting, third party tools, or licenses do not qualify for refunds once purchased.

By purchasing services from Content Solutions Marketing Agency, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this return policy.
